Horrible service. Who opens up to “I would like to open an account” with “do you work or live around?” “Let me have your ID”. Just to be told. “Oh we cannot open an account today we close in 20 minutes”, you’ll have to come back tomorrow. How about I won’t come back ever!
The manager was wonderful and helped me open my account. She was lovely and explained everything clearly. Going back on Monday to open a business account.

This bank is horrible… very rude and dismissive attitude it’s terrible. No good customer service whatsoever. Each employee needs training for customers. Especially around this time of year people should be more understanding and nicer.
