Avoid at all costs. Most frustrating banking experience of my adult life. Soooo many excuses as to why they cant help.
Great assistants and manager..
Been with this bank since 2012 for business account , all the other locations I go to are very friendly and professional. They should shut down this location at this point. Did night depository came at 11 am to get the slips. I was told they forgot to check the box for deposits from last night. Teller was rude and very cold. I was told I can come back later to pick up the slips. Defeats the whole purpose of night depository. Won’t be coming back to this location anymore.
I had an amazing experience with the branch manager and his associate yesterday. Their attention to detail and follow-up regarding a concern with my account were like a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue the same day and called me later to ensure everything was fixed.
