I had an amazing experience with the branch manager and his associate yesterday. Their attention to detail and follow-up regarding a concern with my account were like a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue the same day and called me later to ensure everything was fixed.
I have been doing business with this branch since 2013. Customer service is going down badly with new manager. Came there to open a safety box 5 times and still cannot open one. They gave e different answers every time I attempted to open the safety box. Every single person working there is so cold, unfriendly and does not care about customers. No surprise they got less than 3 star rating!!!
Management here is terrible! TWICE I went inside instead of going to the ATM and the manager tried to FORCE me to go outside! THEN I got into an accident and Erie sent me money for my car via Zelle (which they do all the time!) and the manager AGAIN gave me a hard time and said it was fake because “they don’t do that”. WHAT! My mom worked at a bank for 30 years, all it takes is a simple phone call to Erie, instead she just said it was fake and started helping someone else, all while talking about me to another employee in Fr... read more
It is the worst branch of M&T. I usually go to several to make a deposit or change coins, but don't waste your time here, there is never change and the service is 0 stars. Don't waste your time, drive a little and go somewhere else, the workers here don't care. He has no bosses and those who are there do not do any work.
