Disappointing experience at this M&T branch. Unlike the other great locations we’ve used for our business, the staff here is unfriendly and dismissive. They refused a check deposit over a small numerical typo, even though the legal written amount was correct. I went to another M&T branch right after and they handled it without a problem. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.
I had such a wonderful experience at M&T Bank in Leesburg thanks to “ESMERALDA”. She went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. Her friendly attitude and willingness to take the time to explain everything made my visit stress-free and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring about customers. Horrible customer service. You would be better off hiding your money in your mattress than using this institution for banking.
