The door is ALWAYS broken and the bank closes at 4 so forget using the ATM if you have an actual job. Genuinely don’t understand how you can have such few locations in the city and have them be so useless.
I do banking here for one of my clients. They have a great team (Wayne, Helena and Amir to name a few) there - gregarious and accommodating. When opening a new account both past and current branch managers, Desi went the extra mile by making sure the client got exactly what she needed including an office visit.
For their online portal, to set up recurring payments on a loan you have to either have to PRINT and MAIL in a request or spend 30 minutes on the phone?? How is there no "make recurring payments" button online??? Terrible digital tools
Worst service ever
