Terribly inefficient and lacking professionalism in procedure to ensure even reasonable customer expectations are met. Never again, will I call M&T for auto financing 🙂↕️
Very friendly staff.
Never had a bad experience at this location. Always a friendly voice when calling or in person. First impressions are lasting. We especially just experienced a bad situation. There isn't another bank I would deal with. They handled our situation with grace and patience, not to mention efficiency as well.
Never had any issues banking there. Staff are helpful and transparent about everything and always super kind.
Excellent customer service @ the Orwigsburg PA location... I feel like I'm a rockstar there
