Talked to a lady on the phone trying to set an appointment for a wire transfer. Very rude and never tried to set an appointment with me.
If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I’ve been banking with them for a little while now. Recently my account got blocked so I couldn’t log on to my mobile app. I couldn’t get money out but I could put money in. I called customer service and they told me my account was under review and they didn’t have any answers for me as to why it was under review. So I haven’t had money for the last week. What could my account possibly be under review for?! And they could’ve at least let me take the money out of it.
The lady was not nice when i asked her a simp question. and she hung up on me while i was in the middle of talking woukd give them a 0 star if it was an option
