Teller Wesley simons stereotyped me because of his own beliefs whether my check was legit or not. Then he was very rude and being smart when I was trying to obtain an explanation as to why I’m being charged a $20 for a check issued for M&T Bank. I don’t encourage no deal with such hasty feeling to African American decent .
Virginia, management, and staff are so professional/diligent when it comes to customer service. Wishing all bank staff/management could be like this. Paul
