Teller Virginia has horrible customer service. For no reason lied about not having a notary. Even though I called 20 minutes prior and confirmed there was one available. She must not have thought my phone voice matched my appearance. I asked for a manager. She never called him to the front. I had to wait around the lobby for him to appear. EASY for him to explain notary would be available in 15 minutes versus LIE and say there was not one there.
Do yourself a favor and bank better. They allow Creditors to access your funds without notification or protection
