M&T Bank mortgages provided poor service after obtaining my loan from Chase / JP Morgan. Had difficulty making payments. First payment never occurred because rep used wrong account number. Failed to make my insurance payments from my escrow. I wasted a lot of time after many long phone calls getting things corrected. Hopefully service improves
Just terrible nothing more to say than that
They also charge $10 to cash a payroll check and then want you to open an account to avoid fee to cache their check. Yeah ok!!
