I was in a stressful situation and called very late in the day. James said come right in. Even though I arrived after closing he took care of me. I also want to mention Ilyass, who has been helpful several other times. Overall, I am very happy with this bank.
First off no one says hi. No one greets you. I’m the one that had to say good morning. On top of that, I had to tell them what I needed as opposed to them asking. How may I help you? I saw someone that may have been a manager glance at me instead of saying good morning. How are you, she just glanced. I find that rude even in my job.
