So rude, and unprofessional
Great customer service!
1st off. You have to wait 6 months to shut down your account, if you want to close it early you get hit with a penalty fee. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is a joke. Took me 3 days to get them on the phone. Told the branch employee to send a card to a specific location, she sends it to the wrong address on file. Yep she definitely listened! Now going on almost 3 weeks without a debit card! How amazing is that!!!! Forget about privacy- the past branch manager left my debit card out for everyone to see. Walked in a whi... read more
From personal experience this location has amazing people working there. David and Candace are very knowledgeable and great people. Anytime I have a question they will answer if not look into it and call back. Great customer service. Go to David for help if you want to open a new account. Both of these individuals are a pleasure to work with. Great attitudes and personalities. Definitely would recommend going here!
