I went here because I had questions about my fathers estate account. Maribel at the Ithaca Triphammer location was VERY helpful. She didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and explained things in a way I could understand. Kindness and quality customer service was very appreciated during such a hard time. Not good, can’t do simple things.
Professional, courteous service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good listeners.
Useless personal. I asked twice to close my bank account they told me that it is done. But it is not. So i got charge for their terrible service. Ridiculous. If you have so much time and no stress in you life you can use this bank they provide of it.
