Not good, can’t do simple things.
Professional, courteous service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good listeners.
Useless personal. I asked twice to close my bank account they told me that it is done. But it is not. So i got charge for their terrible service. Ridiculous. If you have so much time and no stress in you life you can use this bank they provide of it.
Have been with M and T for almost 7 years. Jeanne and Kellyann are very helpful!
