Michael Britt had always taken care of me since I started with M & T back in 2017. He is an asset to the bank and I am thankful for his dedication.
Customer service is not good ! I just wanted to cash my check and the teller acted like I was not welcome in the bank! This was the Ithaca New York branch Horrible service ! Like I did something wrong because I want to cash a paycheck!! Crazy!!! Worst bank ever!
Terrible service. They welcome you and are so grateful but useless. I sked to open na credit card they failed it. I tried to withdraw in ATM fail again. Online transaction always blocked and i have to wait on their customer lines for 40 minutes to confirm the transaction. I try twice to close my bank account - fail again. And now i get a charge for this terrible service. Ridiculous. If you have so much extra time and no enough problems in your life, use this bank.
They are wildly incompetent at this bank. Every time you go in it’s 30-60 minutes and pure confusion from employees. Pick a different bank
Good customer service but the fact is that they will never let you send any money with Zelle and flag your account as being associated with Fraud. Do not Bank with M&T as an international student it might take longer to setup another bank account such as bank of america but just take your time
