my card has been hacked twice in a year. this branch did absolutely nothing to help me other than tell me to call their 1800 number get a different bank, don't go here
About 15 years ago now I went in to open a new account to get the $200 direct deposit bonus. The young male manager of the bank gave me a big deal about it that I was stealing from the bank. I said of the dozen times I’ve gotten a direct deposit refund and done this It still doesn’t add up to the amount that I’ve lost in overdraft fees when I was a stupid kid!
