Good I guess I haven't been there
The Boonsboro Branch is the epitome of hometown service. I have always been met with courtesy and complete professionalism. Fraudulently charges were immediately recognized as unusual activity and stopped. Funds were refunded back to me before I even realized there was a problem. Whitney put my fears to rest and moved swiftly to cancel my card and have a replacement scheduled to arrive within 24 hours! Thank you, Whitney! Your the best!
They helped me with a fraudulent charge on my checking account and answered questions about managing a deceased person's account. Very helpful!
