The Williamsport branch is amazing. The Online customer service is absolutely disgusting, my account has been hacked more than 3 times since using this bank. Calling customer service is rude. You need to recall your last purchases, but when they shut you account down how can you? I worked for Wells Fargo and still said this bank is better. Absolutely disgusting. Guess Im off to PNC but will they let my funds go, another day. Another argument. Trash.
Ms. Sabine Barr was extremely helpful in solving multiple problems, none of which were the Bank's doing. I am impressed by her knowledge of how to handle these situations. An A+++ employee of M&T Bank.
Firstly, upon entering the branch, I found the staff to be indifferent and unresponsive. Despite the fact that there were only a few customers in the branch at that time, the employees seemed disinterested and lacked the willingness to assist. I had to wait for an extended period before anyone acknowledged my presence, which was both frustrating and disrespectful.
They could smile more on Saturday mornings in Williamsport. It’s such a beautiful town! While entering the bank they weren’t their usual friendly and engaging selves on my past 3 visits. I am thankful M&T Bank is open on Saturday mornings.
