By 3:00 PM, the staff consistently stops answering the phone. I don’t get off work until then, and no matter how many times I call, I can’t reach anyone. Yet when I go in person, the staff is available and able to help. This location is great overall, but the phone service needs significant improvement. It shouldn’t require an in-person visit just to get a question answered.

I have multiple business and personal accounts with M & T Bank. Nikki and her team are amazing, friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend going to see them for any of your banking needs! She and her staff will take great care of you!

The Williamsport branch is amazing. The Online customer service is absolutely disgusting, my account has been hacked more than 3 times since using this bank. Calling customer service is rude. You need to recall your last purchases, but when they shut you account down how can you? I worked for Wells Fargo and still said this bank is better. Absolutely disgusting. Guess Im off to PNC but will they let my funds go, another day. Another argument. Trash.
