Deb Smith was scheduled to have an appointment with me. Her name was in the confirmation email I had received. When I arrived another staff member told Deb she had an appointment with me and she responded (without even looking over at me), "Well I GUESS I do.." Someone had stolen and washed one of our checks in transit, wrote in and cashed for the amount of $3,800! I went directly to our bank, M&T in Allentown, PA. Daniela Musso handled the whole process so professionally and with much sympathy and care at the same time. She was able to get our check reversed by the next day! We had to put a security hold on that checking account and open up a new one. Daniela made the transition very smooth for us. We're forever thankful and grateful for having M&T Bank and Daniela!

Great service and friendly staff, the best M&T branch in the area
Worst banking experiences ever. They charged $50 to close the account and manager never return a call. I would not give them or use them for my business
