the staff at the bank is quite nice, but you CANNOT get anyone on the phone without an ATM card number. If you don't have a card, you're out of luck.

I went in to withdraw some money and was told that was not possible since my driver's license address didn't match the address they had on file. I was able to recall the address they had on file, offered to give multiple forms of ID (including Social Security card) yet because I didn't have something with their address on file, they "couldn't be sure it was me". Needless to say I will be pursing legal action to get my money and close my account. I understand they have polices in place to protect fraud but I was able to clear... read more
