This is not a review at this bank but is to M&T bank . I give this bank one star because i call up to make a payment and want to pay extra on princple and they said i have to download form and send in or they can send a form to fill out and send back . Well by time i get form in the mail and fill it out and send it back will take maybe 10 days so i will loose those days to interest . What a joke .
I'm unable to access my account online. They said I had to come into the branch. I asked why. They said because it is their policy. I don't have a problem with any other online account. I've had this problem repeatedly with M&T Bank. Lots of computer glitches.
