I'm unable to access my account online. They said I had to come into the branch. I asked why. They said because it is their policy. I don't have a problem with any other online account. I've had this problem repeatedly with M&T Bank. Lots of computer glitches.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
If you dont have an account here dont deposit any checks here til after 30days u wont have access to your money for 5 business days I wont be using this bank ever again gave the 1 star cuz i had to give them that or i wouldn't have gave any never again
