Completely unprofessional teller and manager. I called on Saturday to do a transfer as a I often do over the phone with my regular m& t bank in my area, unfortunately on Saturdays the Schaghticoke branch is closed. Clifton park and Latham wouldn’t answer the phone so I called the Schenectady branch. A nice gentleman answered the phone and transferred me over to a teller to help. Worst bank I've ever banked with. All forginers, tried to withdraw money out of my bank account that I've had for years and I was treated like a criminal. I can't get my own money out without a huge deal. Update- So tried to go in to deposit and was met with very unfriendly grouchy rude people. All of them had the worst attitudes. I don't understand how any if you people can stand for this. I'm moving soon anyway, but I will never use this bank again and I will be sure to steer people away from using this bank.
