Very displeased with several instances with M & T bank. The branch manager doesn’t return calls, currently filed a bbb claim against them and attorney general complaint. Do yourself a favor and choose another bank
Told them I really needed to make a deposit, specifically asked for them to stay open 5 mins late because my work hours match their hours that they’re open and I could be there at 4:05. And I realize that this is my own problem, not theirs but it can never hurt to ask. They told me that they couldnt and told me their atm has cash deposits which I had never known about.
