Perhaps the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Rude, abrupt service is what we have endured..
Spent my whole lunch 30 mins waiting behind one car in drive thru. Been to drive thru from Utica to Syracuse. Everyone of them is just as slow. Going inside isn't much better.
It would be nice if bank would list hours on web page!!!!
Very disgusting service. The supervisor complined about six pieces of required ID that was presented to this supervisor as per her own info: Drivers license and credit card. Which I was told was okay, apparently not she rudely slid my ID onto the counter and said "No", while looking away! Mind you this was the third time I had returned within 45 minutes per her instructions. How can this happen? How is a supervisor allowed to be sooo rude and unprofesssional?
