I had a frustrating experience at this branch of M&T Bank. The card reader that allows customers to access the ATM area after hours was broken, so I couldn't enter the ATM lobby when the bank was closed. If you need cash outside of banking hours, you might want to plan for another BANK. It would really help if the bank fixed the access system or checked it more regularly.
