The staff's service is very good, but the bank's system, online banking and mobile banking are terrible. The accounts I opened locally can't be detected? Every time you make a transfer, you need to call for verification. Every time you log in with your mobile phone or computer, you have to go through countless verifications.

The people who work in the local branches are courteous and kind. But - If you need to call their customer service 800 number, you end up waiting for a very long time, to be bounced back and forth between representatives, who have very thick accents that make them hard to understand, and they make you repeat all the information you entered into the automatic system. The wait times are unacceptably long, I get much, much better service and more personal attention from GPO Credit Union.
