Slowest m&t ive ever been to
Terrible bank, made an appointment online to speak to an advisor about my account. When I showed up early to the bank the advisor was not even in he was on vacation. Despite the fact that online I was able to book an appointment and received numerous emails in regards to confirming my appointment. While at the bank they stated he was not in he’s on vacation and their was no one else who can help me. It was truly a waste of time. Garbage bank, with uneducated workers
good
Karina Romero is totally incompetent. Did not ask her to do multi transfer and she did it anyway and couldn't reverse it. Then they just told me there's nothing they can do about it because it is what it is. Who authorized her to do whatever she feels like and don't confirm with the client. There isn't a manger in site to complain about it too. I'll be writing a full report up to m&t.
