Best customer service and support
Teller was always friendly
Went in looking to open a savings account and was told there were no bankers available. Then we were told to check the other locations close by. While waiting to be seen at the Calvert Street location, more customers started pouring in stating they also came from this location. One young lady was told all the bankers were in a meeting. An employee made it known that this location is infamous for sending their customers to other M&T locations, even when they're not as busy as they claim to be. Opened an account a couple days ago and couldn't be happier the employees that work here and really helpful and nice and make u feel welcomed just all around amazing
