Today my coworker and I went into this location and received help from Rodney, he was very polite, very personable and very helpful. Ms.Sharon also came over a few times to assist us and was helpful and funny. The entire team seems very nice, there were a lot of senior customers who seemed very comfortable with this staff. I would go back to this location if i had to!

They need to close this place down...froze my account they got grandma with a bad attitude (Sharon) don't know how to do nothing.. I'm on phone with fraud department for hours .. I ask Sharon for manager..she asking me why I wanna talk to manager... It's nothing manager can do.. so I payed it no mind... Long story short the fraud department tells me only the branch manager can release the hold..... I find out branch manager is out for the week... 3 hours wasted...
