Always a good experience. Been banking with this bank for many years and haven't run into any major issues. I recommend this Bank if you're looking for a good bank with friendly customer service.
Why did you remove the ATM?!! SUPER INCONVENIENT when the other branches ATM are always down. About to switch banks.
My experience with this bank has been absolutely disappointing. The customer service is terrible, with long wait times and unhelpful responses. Additionally, the bank's policies are confusing and ever-changing, making it very difficult to trust them with my finances. Every interaction with them has been frustrating, and the lack of transparency is concerning. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who values their time and money.
