The M&T website was created by 4-year olds. The new account form is riddled with issues. CSV export formats are ridiculous. Copying transactions from the screen doesn't work because they use em-dashes for debits. I've sent a list of website issues with no response or fixes. Checking "remember me" is pointless. You are logged out in 2 minutes and have to enter both username and password every time. etc, etc.
Only one teller working for walk inside every time I come. I see other bankers but only one helping counter while many people wait. Horrible! It's my mom's bank or I would switch. My Fulton bank always has 4 tellers and very little wait. Plus free coffee and water. Night and day difference!!! The one on Oregon pike!
