The M&T website was created by 4-year olds. The new account form is riddled with issues. CSV export formats are ridiculous. Copying transactions from the screen doesn't work because they use em-dashes for debits. I've sent a list of website issues with no response or fixes. Checking "remember me" is pointless. You are logged out in 2 minutes and have to enter both username and password every time. etc, etc.
Only one teller working for walk inside every time I come. I see other bankers but only one helping counter while many people wait. Horrible! It's my mom's bank or I would switch. My Fulton bank always has 4 tellers and very little wait. Plus free coffee and water. Night and day difference!!! The one on Oregon pike!
Update: move money to a different bank (much much better) but this nasty poor excuses for professionals called the office of aging and reported me for financial abuse. Was made to produce all transactions and my poor uncle was made to pass a medical competency test which he passed. The report was closed with no inaccuracies or financial abuse. Honestly, the worst experience I had with any bank. The system is slow and glitching. Online banking as well as managing and opening an account online is very confusing. The bank closes your account without letting the customer know and then the customer has to wait for money to be sent that were left in the account. I spoke with a banker who initially didn’t know what was going on. The back office also could not figure things out. I moved on to Chase Bank.
