Honestly, the worst experience I had with any bank. The system is slow and glitching. Online banking as well as managing and opening an account online is very confusing. The bank closes your account without letting the customer know and then the customer has to wait for money to be sent that were left in the account. I spoke with a banker who initially didn’t know what was going on. The back office also could not figure things out. I moved on to Chase Bank.
Went to 1701 Oregon pike Lancaster PA branch to help my elderly uncle who have no children. I am his oldest female niece who has care for him since his wife passed over 10 years ago. I grocery shop, clean, pay bills, take to doctors etc. we took in a large sum of cash that has been in my safe for over 8 years. He wanted to put me on his account as a joint account holder with him but the bank representative decided that I am untrustworthy, and refused to add me to his account. This is the worst m & t I've ever banked with. A year ago I tried to cash savings bonds and it was a nightmare. Literally everything that could be messed up was. (I eventually got my money after almost a 3 weeks of waiting) Yesterday I went to deposit cash due to an unforseen bill overdrafting my account. I deposited 55$ cash and the teller put it in as a check so I was hit with an overdraft fee anyway. So that's fun.
