I had a very disappointing experience with M&T Bank. I had money taken from my account through fraudulent activity, and despite reporting it and expecting support, the bank never refunded the stolen funds. The process felt frustrating and unsupportive, especially during a stressful situation. I expected better fraud protection and customer service from a major bank. Based on my experience, I would be cautious trusting them with your money.
My grandmother had her bank frozen she 85 for almost three months for fake fraud bs. She went in 2x mind you she is disabled and bedridden. Both times the blonde lady at the back desk and both mangers were rude and demanding. After completing the steps still she can’t use her account. Think twice before coming here they will freeze your money and all your bills will pile up and add fees they won’t care! Go to Del One
