Whoever Ashley or Ashlie is, she is very rude along with the manager at this location. I travel two extra hours just to skip this branch. Every time I visit, someone always wants to get rude or acts as if they don’t know what’s going on in order to help.
M&T is just like every other bank, they are in it for the money. Their policies show this. But, so is almost every other bank. M&T on the other hand seems to hire the worst of the worst in Salisbury. The tellers and managers are rude and dismissive. Because of this I will be moving my accounts elsewhere. You should too. Edit - I did contact corporate about this matter and was dismissed with a form letter. I am actively working to move everything from this bank.

I’m not sure which location this “Lilly” works in or if she’s solely customer service. my dad recently bought a truck at Hertrich. They set up his payments for it with M&T Bank (We're with Bank of America). We tried making a payment through our bank and it didn't go through so we decided to call and make one through M&T. My dad obviously answered the phone and right then I knew I had to stay nearby because she sounded rude. Little did I know she was just getting started. The customer service is really bad, no matter what how much time we are waiting in the lobbying, they don't care about clients.
