I once thought it was just an occasional ignorant person that I was encountering here and there but no I'm starting to realize that the new generation has taken over and they're horrible at their jobs. M&T definitely hires some of the worst as they give the impression as though they came about the time when the child threw a fits and started slapping their mothers and they act the same way they grew up at work. I guess the older generation that knew their jobs have retired when they saw what was coming to work next to them. ... read more
