I had one teller in like 15 yrs I didn't like but haven't seen her there anymore. Overall excellent service & even the manager has always been very helpful.

Katherine was very helpful and kind. She helped me set up a checking account and get a debit card, She was super helpful in making sure I understood everything and knew how my account worked. 5/5 stars for M&T bank
