I have been a customer here since its inception. When Patty was there, I used to like coming there because I knew I would be treated by smiling, competent team workers. Since her leaving and these absurd renovations, I have to think about taking my business elsewhere. Recently, I went to check on my safety deposit box. I have always been more than satisfied with M&T but lately I’m just blown away by the kindness and helpfulness of every staff member. I believe the great customer care starts with the manager Patty who treats her customers like family. The tellers know me by name and seems to correctly anticipate my banking needs.
