Always courtious. Someimes a bit understaffed but that is my only complaint
Updated: since they changed the whole staff! The woman who works the back office I believe her name is Shalonda is amazing! Very helpful and down to earth!!! The new manager is NOT! Her vibe/energy is VERY NEGATIVE! You can tell she is on a power trip! She was rude to not only me (a customer with MandT since they were Wilm trust and a business account customer for 11plus years) with her comments and questions but she was also rude to the young lady that was obviously still new and learning!
