I would leave Zero stars if I could. What a garbage excuse for a bank. I received a check written on an account at M&T Bank. They would not honor the check unless I paid them. I guess the fees they charge their customer are not enough for them, they have to attempt to extort money in order to honor their own checks. Avoid this bank at all costs!!!!

So good to see this bank has not changed. Very friendly
This bank branch is the absolute worst and unfortunately it’s the only one left in Delaware County. I’ve been banking work M&T since 2009 and this particular branch is closer. When I needed them most to provide supporting documentation of me owning my debit card that was stolen they absolutely refused to support me. They didn’t care that I needed it to claim money they weren’t very helpful and it actually took me two weeks of waiting to figure out that they weren’t willing to help me.
