Special great thank you to Dana Gawrylik and her team in Mahanoy City branch today .They made sure to help both myself and my husband get new accounts alot smoother than I anticipated ( I know it can be a process with technology today) If I could give 50 stars for them today I would! You are all amazing ! We appreciate all you did today for us! I hope your higher ups read this because you and your team deserve recognition for all you did .
I will open an account there only amd only because there is no other bank close by and still I'm closing my account I've had a few issues with the branch TM and CS never again I'm telling everyone I kkow to go to a branch that if u had an issue they will have to o problem helping u over at this branch snooty attitudes and this bank never wants to give a fee back they rather die I'm really hating this bank and will be closing my account sooner than later
