Felt unwelcome as a client of this location, and not treated very well, and was amazed about the lack of effort on everyone's part to come in for customer transaction. Several of the employees (Don) just passed me to the next person for simple transaction of converting US currently to Euro's. Never got a greeting, thank you, or even let me help you with that, introduction to the next employee. Not rude, but totally indifferent, and could care less. The worst part it's my money they are holding.
The discrimination is going to be everywhere it just suck they have people handling our money and information. Went here to lift a hold on my account as told by customer service. I was told bs on why I can’t. I call customer service again they said I can and that’s not true even insisted I file a complaint so I did because something didn’t sound legit.
