Horrible customer experience with mobile online waiting time was over 40 minutes just to speak with someone. Banking hours are not helpful they're always closed. Not convenient at all

Really bad customer service. MTB need to get rid off the manager and all of the tellers at this branch. THEY SEEM RACIST. I am just trying to take my $$$ from the account-I was not closing the account. I tell them I am pressed for time,- But teller tells me that I do not check out and tells me to go use the ATM. I use the ATM to the max daily limit, then I go in for the remainder of the $$$ and now the manager also has issues.
