this place has very lazy workers & i feel bad for the ones that are stuck doing all the work. there is a line out the door & only 2 people helping while everyone else is at their desks. kyair is one of the tellers doing all the work and he’s very nice and helpful. they should hire more employees like him!
I want to start off by highlighting Dominique. Dominique has been amazing every time I’ve came to M&T bank and she deserves a raise & a promotion. Now, Malika Cuffie. Malika’s attitude today was DISGUSTING! I over heard her making comments no guest should hear and when I asked her to check for my card, she had a very nasty attitude.
