The entire staff needs a customer relations refresher course. I can put my money in any bank, and get next to nothing in return with the current economy. The staff thinks they are doing me a favor when I do my banking there, continually showing their ignorant behavior. It is just a matter of time before corporate closes this location, just like the Lansford branch.
