My experience at M&T bank could not have been any worse. I previously banked with members first and when I switched to M&T I immediately regretted my decision. The mobile app is outdated, I always get accused of fraud when using my card “too much”, and they hold you money for unreasonable amounts of time. I would not recommend.
Construction being done on the drive through currently. Unable to use the ATM. Just a heads up...

Their professionalism and expedient problem solving prevented costly issues with my checking account.
