I must say everyone's expectations are different depending on what you need. I myself have been with this bank for sometime now an find there services and customer service amazing! They go out of there way to help the little guy too! The only thing I would hope is to see more branches open up.
I used to love this bank but with a Marci gone and the new staff it’s gone wah downhill. Can’t wait to pay off my loan so I can close out my account.
