Great branch. Great manager. Wish they were open later hours and weekends
I have used M&T Bank in Hummelstown for both personal and professional banking needs since locating in this area in 1987. I have never known any of their staff to behave unprofessionally. The staff have on a dozen or more situations gone beyond normal bank practices to assist me. I am a loyal customer of this bank branch.
Horrible customer service. Horrible portal, always says unavailable. Tellers never answer the phone. I should of listened to the previous reviews.

Avoid this branch of M&T bank. Manager is unprofessional and one of the head tellers is extremely rude. They seem to operate under their own sets of rules at this branch that is not consistent with other branches. I have had nothing but issues with even the smallest of tasks at this branch including getting a copy of a debit card. My card expired and I did not receive a replacement in the mail which I was waiting on. The manager acted like it was a huge deal to reorder one and made me feel that I was wasting their time.
