This bank operates like we're in covid 19...would not recommend, zero customer service, get a loan with them and you'll get your first statement 2 days before the bill is due. Create an account and then get to waste time calling to "verify".... IF SOMEONE IS TRYING TO PAY MY BILL THEN LET THEM
Jade was absolutely lovely. I had the most difficult situation with money missing after depositing it into the ATM and she was so sweet and helped me in every way possible and was able to return my money I appreciate her so much in every way. THEY NEED TO GIVE HER A RAISE
I have a mortgage with M&T bank. I am trying to get away from them. I had a fire clam no one said I had to do extra steps after I got all the information from my insurance. this place is a bad experience for my first mortgage
