M&T Bank is the most unprofessional and amateur bank I have encountered in 30 years. The employees fail to communicate effectively with one another, their managers, or their customers. There is no care or effort to maintain proper communication with clients. You can wait for months with no results. It's a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
