This bank is terrible my mother banks there she needs every penny of her money they didn't advise her that she could set up her bank account that if she ran out of money it would deny her charges because she is a little absent-minded sometimes overdrafts and they charged her $150 for a $30 overdraft that she made a deposit two hours too late didn't matter to them they charge her the $150 very bad people they should've helped her set up a bank account so it shut her off if she overdraft !!! Did a Test Today! Went to 3 Local Banks today to exchange 20.00s for 100.00s. M&T would only do 100.00! Kish would only Do 50.00! NORTHWEST was by far the best People friendly Bank.They did all of them plus my Savings Bonds! This is if you dont have accounts with them. I can understand why the Banks are losing customers when they only want to deal with their accounts and dont try to help the others to spread some Goodwill.
