I’ve been banking for years here. Usually have my checks direct deposit, however because of payroll issue w my employer I had to come deposit in person. The teller at the counter then proceeded to tell me that She wouldn’t be able to cash a portion of my check or deposit it without a 5 day delay on funds. I told her I understood the protocol for stuff like this , however could she offer other options or smaller limit of cash because I needed my paycheck today. I want to deposit a check into an estate account and get copies of 2 checks written from the account & can’t even get an appointment. Called in advance & am STILL waiting.
Good bank and even has international abilities to transfer. For loans is not bad either.
Dont put a check in unless you dont want money for a week. The hold time is rediculous
Very helpful people if You're in need of low-risk investment advice. Harkens back to one's youth, where the tellers knew the customer's name....
