Love M&T - this location makes me consider changing banks. Horrible service the last several times I was there. I will drive out of my way to avoid this bank location. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Some of the rudest, customer service lacking people ever. I think I've had 1 ok experience there and even that wasn't that great. The one woman doesn't even make eye contact and she rolls her eyes. My whole store dreads having to go there for anything worst part of our entire day.
I been going to Henrietta NY branch for cash transactions. Always very professional service. Recently had really bad experience with one of females teller. She was not paying attention what she was doing. First she gives me double the cash campare to my withdrawal slip. When I came in my car I realized that she gave me more money. When I go back to return the money she seems distracted and unprofessional slightly rude.
