I want to thank the staff at this branch for being completely wonderful to me when I embarrassingly began to have a panic attack while I was inside ordering a new card. The woman who was helping me, I wish I had gotten her name, she was so kind and caring. When I felt like I was going to pass out, she grabbed me a chair and water. Wrote this for my mom's bad experience calling overseas that the receptionist was extremely impatient and showed no empathy. so rude that he actually interrupted my mom and said he is going to hang up. I am very upset with the customer service to elderly this way. Would strongly reocmmend empathy training and customer service training for this branch. Been with this branch for 30years They have done a lot for me Still meet new workers who are kind If I have a question on banking things I usually get an answer.
