As POA for family member, I had to visit three different banks in the area over the past week and had some bad experiences where the other two banks (Schwab and Chase) didn't pay attention to detail and made mistakes. This bank was different. Linda DeCocq took care of me right away and was friendly, competent and efficient. She got the job done correctly the first time and explained everything I needed to know about the process. It was such a breath of fresh air, I had to write a review.
Horrible experience at this branch each time I come. I usually avoid coming at this branch but Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. They take forever to deposit cash and the lines at the teller are longest I have ever seen as the employees are too slow to handle deposits. I usually go to different branches and it takes 5 min to be in and out. I have to give them 1 star as thats the minimum
Garbage bank. Impossible to update something as simple as a phone number no matter how many times you call their service line or go in branch. They will flag every purchase as suspicious, send it to a phone number you can't access and you've been trying to change for 5 years at this point. They claim you can get 24 hr assistance with their phone line but that's a lie too. They send emails saying call immediately. Nobody home. You have suspicious activity log in to see it. You log in and there's nothing. Honestly the worst
It would be helpful if they stayed open until 5pm all weekdays.
