Garbage bank. Impossible to update something as simple as a phone number no matter how many times you call their service line or go in branch. They will flag every purchase as suspicious, send it to a phone number you can't access and you've been trying to change for 5 years at this point. They claim you can get 24 hr assistance with their phone line but that's a lie too. They send emails saying call immediately. Nobody home. You have suspicious activity log in to see it. You log in and there's nothing. Honestly the worst
It would be helpful if they stayed open until 5pm all weekdays.
Went in to get a lost debit card replaced two weeks ago. After waiting for so long, I finally called their customer service line to figure out where this card is, and I'm informed it was not ordered for me, yet my lost card has been cancelled. I would give no stars if I could to the lady who helped me with this problem. The stars I am giving are for the very pleasant and helpful teller who helped me with a withdrawal.
