This branch is so helpful and courteous. It's clear that they really care about their customers. I've delt with other branches and their service is so much better, I felt the need to write this review.
Spiro and his team have always been great! I have been a customer for years (since it was Citibank)
This is the worst m t branch in Rochester. The outside atm is never operational and the tellers are always rude and there is never anyone on the platform. Period.
