Sad to hear this branch is closing in September, this will greatly impact my day to say bank runs. Great people, patient and kind service!
Just opened an account. First I was told that the hours of operation were from 9-6 every day by Paul. I don't have a car so I walked a mile in the rain to take some cash out so I could buy groceries. Then I get there and they are closed. That was the first issue I had. Second issue was I again walked down to take money out and I go inside as I don't have a card yet, wait in line and then go up to the teller. This young Indian woman states very rudely "you know there's an ATM outside you need to go there instead." To which I ... read more
Very smart people there. They protect privacy and ensure it's the right person who comes. Be assured your money is safe with them. Phone banking has improved as well. Globally I must say they bring up their game if there is a slight bit of discrepancy.
